Sick SIG300 Sensor Integration Gateway

Universal IO-Link Master with Advanced IIoT Capabilities & Integrated Logic Control

Product Description

The SIG300 Sensor Integration Gateway is a robust and flexible IO-Link Master designed to streamline sensor and actuator connectivity in industrial automation environments. Equipped with eight Class A/B IO-Link ports, the SIG300 efficiently gathers data from connected devices and transmits it to higher-level control systems for real-time decision-making and process optimisation.

With a high output of up to 16 A, the SIG300 provides reliable power to energy-intensive field devices. It is available in multiple protocol variants including PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, and REST API—making it easy to integrate into virtually any industrial network.

One of the SIG300’s key features is its integrated, programmable logic editor. This allows users to execute simple control tasks locally, without needing additional PLC hardware, which reduces system response times and increases overall efficiency. Additionally, the gateway’s built-in web server offers fast and user-friendly configuration and parameterization—making commissioning and maintenance straightforward.
