Remtron acquires PDC Group

Remtron is excited to announce the acquisition of Newcastle-based PDC Group.

Established in 1977, PDC Group has been a trusted provider of automation and control solutions to the Hunter Region of NSW for nearly 50 years.   With extensive expertise across various industrial electrical sectors, PDC specializes in low-voltage switchgear, motor control, process control, and instrumentation.  The team works closely with leading suppliers to deliver expert advice and tailored solutions to the market.

From 18^th November 2024, Remtron has taken full ownership of the business, and PDC Group will now operate under the name of Remtron.  This transition enhances our capabilities, giving customers access to a wider range of products, innovative solutions, and comprehensive services, regardless of industry.

As a recognized leader in automation and process efficiencies, Remtron is committed to delivering customized solutions that drive value for our clients.  Importantly, all PDC Group employees will remain with the business, ensuring continuity for customers and retaining the expertise that has made PDC a trusted name.

PDC’s existing product and service offerings will integrate seamlessly into the Remtron portfolio, maintaining the same quality and reliability customers have come to expect.
