Energy Efficiency the Key

With a typical air compressor accounting for around 10% of your overall plant power consumption, we don't need to tell you the importance of selecting the right unit.

It is estimated that a massive 73% of the cost of a compressed air system relates to energy consumption. Reducing energy costs over the total lifecycle is, therefore, key.

We offer a range of air compressor solutions designed to optimise your power consumption.

Pressure Vessel Inspection

Did you know that under current Australian Standards and WHS legislation, you are required to have your pressure vessels registered and inspected regularly?

This includes any steam boilers, air receivers, refrigeration/chiller vessels, gas storage tank, hot water boilers and sterilisers/autoclaves with an identified Hazard Level A, B or C under AS 4343-2005: Pressure Equipment Hazard Levels.

At Remtron, we can assist you through the registration process with the relevant regulatory authority (e.g. SafeWork NSW/Worksafe Vic) and with the establishment of a pressure vessel register.

We also provide qualified technicians to undertake regular inspection and testing of your pressure vessels (generally every 1-2 years in-service testing dependant on the type of pressure vessel; following repairs or at commissioning/recommissioning).
