Senior Credit Controller – Melbourne VIC
Experienced Credit Controller for a busy Electrical Engineering business in Braeside. With offices across 8 locations in Australia and growing constantly, we are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers.
Candidates must have previous credit control experience and be someone who thrives on a challenge in a constantly evolving work environment. The right candidate must be calm and organised under the daily pressures of a busy office.
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Follow up outstanding debt for all customers across Australia
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Maintenance of customer accounts, ensuring customers are trading within agreed terms
- General administration tasks and office support
- Ad hoc reporting as required
- Provide cover for team members on leave.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be friendly, calm and be able communicate on the phone with a diverse group of people across Australia
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc
- Been exposed to modern ERPs, experience with Microsoft Business Central will be viewed favourably
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Be positive, resourceful with a can-do attitude.
