
SGS-TÜV Saar – SICK Certified Functional Safety Application Technician (CFSAT) – 3 Days – Albury
Event description
The SGS-TÜV Saar Functional Safety certification program offers training and certification regarding Functional Safety of Machinery. With this training, participants have the opportunity to obtain an independent, globally recognised certification as a Certified Functional Safety Application Technician (CFSAT) by completing the SGS-TÜV Saar exam after the seminar.
The training is targeted towards end user technicians, electricians, programmers , safety officers and engineers with a need for knowledge of safety of machinery.
To participate, 2 years of work experience with industrial machinery together with a basic knowledge in automation technology and familiarity with the requirements of electrical safety is recommended.

- Inspection of the installation of protective devices
- Identification of hazards
- Identification of safety relevant impairments for machine operators
- Application of measures to maintain operational safety
- Support when purchasing machines with safety-related requirements
