Aloy joined Remtron in 2022 with a background in Robotics and Mechatronics with a minor in aviation technology.

His R&D during his university days has been in the field of robotics and automation.

Beginning in customer service, Aloy soon established himself as the local support contact for automation enquiries with a passion for providing the best automation solution for his customers.  Particularly, he has helped set up remote monitoring and access systems and provided PLC programming support as well as VSD support.

Aloy’s technical ability as well as his acumen to grasp new high-end technologies, coupled with his background in customer service gives our Remtron customers that he can add value and solve their complex problems.

Aloy works closely with product managers, specialists and technical sales teams across Melbourne to ensure the highest level of support is provided to our Tasmanian customers.

He aims to continue to grow and shift into a robotic application field service engineer to further support Remtron’s robotic and automation solutions.
